New Era Soccer Institute is a developmental soccer organization dedicated to providing special and high-quality soccer specific initiatives in a professional and modern overall atmosphere for soccer players who seek inspiring experiences outside of the standard soccer experience.  We intend to develop and improve our soccer players through our intense training methods using our unique curriculum. We also maintain a friendly, fair, and creative soccer environment, which respects diversity, new ideas, and hard work.

New Era Soccer Institute is the best training focused soccer organization in the Hampton Roads area with over 300 participants in 3 different programs yearly. Ivan Militar and Sean Stowe’s ‘Elite’ project has included over 20 current and future collegiate student-athletes, featuring Sebastian Gunbeyi (Columbia University), Star White (Brown University), Key White (University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill), Jared Greene (VCU), Idelys Vazquez (VCU), Kai Sizemore (Longwood University), Cameron Brown (Brown University) and Raegan Tate (ODU) among many other great players.
